Four3 Design Associates Inc. specializes in Store Planning, Tenant Coordination and Specialty Retail Design. After several years in Manhattan, we recently moved the office to Long Island.

We have completed projects in the United States, Latin America, Europe and Asia. We offer services including Site Surveys, Contract Documents, Prototype Design, Design Development, Value Engineering, Construction Lease Review and Project Management. We have completed over 200 stores in Europe alone. We also act as Tenant Coordinator for a national retail property group.

Our associates have successfully worked on projects for nationally recognized retail chains and have developed relationships with many development companies, malls and tenant coordinators.
